It tells us that when we were in despair, despair means losing hope, but with GOD, we shall still praise Him. We should tell our soul, "Why are you disturbing me? For I have hope in God." This tells us that:

• 2. WE SHOULD PRAISE GOD EVEN IN DESPAIR
• 3. NEVER LOSE HOPE IN GOD
